Drill Video Description
Introduction to the System This video explains how the weekly program works, how it will be delivered, what each training day looks like, and what is expected from players throughout the week.
Tee Work – Basic Contact This is an example of a standard drill included in each training day. Players will receive clear instruction and a video demonstration for every drill.
Parent Involvement / Recording Some drills may require parent involvement. This video explains how parents can assist, what to look for, and how to record clips for weekly check-ins.
